I had a disappointing experience at the salon today. Despite being told to wait for 20 minutes, the staff abruptly informed me that they were closing. This lack of communication and consideration for customers' time is unacceptable. It's disheartening when a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction falls short. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for future patrons."

I had wonderful experience in Paris salon... because of Mrs.Sangeetha is doing good work and more care of there customer.which I went do my facial ..and she explained my skin type and provided a good facial and said about how to prevent the skin from sun tan and damages..tq for ur service..

Paris Salon, Coonoor is the best salon in Coonoor. The ambience is great and place is clean and hygienic. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Specifically, Mohammad Allam is great stylist for men who are looking for a hairdo and styling For women, when it is comes to manicure, pedicure and facial, Reema is the person to go to. The salon also offers various massage options. I took a full body massage and it was good. Except for no parking option, everything else is great.

I went here for the first time and it's already my favourite salon in Ooty. I got my hair colored and I loved the experience. Mr Irfan was so helpful in choosing the color and did a great job coloring my hair as well.

Very bad service. No experience staff. I am from bangalore. Just came here for air cut. Bad staff. They don't know bear trimming. Finally I told to shave itself. Please don't do this to anyone as happened to me. This is done today. Very very bad. They are trying to compromise me by returning money but I have returned the money to them for their work. Their service is very bad.

I had my first experience here last week and to comment about the salon, it's absolutely amazing. The staffs were friendly and I got a quality service from Mr.Manikandan. I went there for a simple hair trim and it was amazing. The best part I loved was the way Mani explained the condition of my hair and the ways to take care of it properly. I am a kind of person who has not given much importance to hair and have just ignored taking care of it. After getting his advice, I have decided not to self induce hair disaster. Thanks to Mani for his wonderful service.

Amazing Serivce. Sohail gave a perfect haircut for my two year old girl baby. He took utmost care and my baby never even knew she got her hair cut. The staff are very friendly and the place looks amazing and sanitised. Great spa in Coonoor.

Service is good but expertise of staff has some scope of improvement. Took my daughter for haircut did not get what was shown in brochure.
