Parijat Hotel & Restaurant - Featured Reviews (366)
Says 350 for single room online ... But has no attached bathroom as mentioned by reception... Double bed room listed online at 800 or so, and i went directly they say single bed room is 700 and double is 1300 ... I asked to the receptionist if the rooms have a fixed price or if they auction as per their own demand
Rooms are up to the mark. Stuffs are very unproficient. Receptionist hand writing and billing experience is worst. Billing process is not acceptable. No GST bills provided for rooms. This hotel should get 0 rating but as rooms are not so bad so I am giving 1. Most unproficient hotel I have ever seen in silchar. Overall experience is very very very bad.
There are two buildings of the same hotel in different places. The internet has pictures of the new hotel but the old building is in the central location of Silchar and also the main hotel. However, this old building is an annexure of a hospital. The booking in the hotel is not confirmed even if one corrosponds constantly over the phone. You may come and hear the there are no rooms even if you have already booked. The hotel rooms and bedsheets are dirty and and staff are not professional. The hotel booking apps must do a quality check before putting high prices for the rooms. Overall, a bad experience.
If there is negative reviews to give then I love to give 5 on that. Don't buy any stuffs from their hotel, I bought a water bottle whose normal cost is 10 rupees they took 30 from me. Room are small in size, Bathroom is not attached in economy room. Very noisy staff. Plzzz don't book through travelguru or yatra website. Very bad experience.
Parijat restaurant at capital point Silchar is the worst restaurant of Silchar. They(both manager and staff) even don't know how to talk properly with customer. They lack in basic ethics for running a restaurant. I was very disappointed when I visited d resturarent. When I understood that they give response based on your outlook(how u look like), it really hurts. The hospitality offered by the waiter was really disgraceful. It was very pathetic dat the manager was also supporting the waiter indirectly n he was very arrogant. I heard somewhere dat a customer should b treated like a GOD. Sometimes a customer's mood may not be very happy n also their outlook may not be good. But it's not the way dat u should treat him like a 2nd class citizen. It would be good if they can change themselves towards giving hospitality to the customer irrespective of how he looks like.
i had booked via online, they gave me room no. 207 which was a small cabinet under their staircase.... room had no ventilation facility, we were sweating all the time, got minor skin rashes due to this....room was dirty under the bed, in the coners there were spit marks... but the hotel staff were very much freindly and co operative but they couldnt do anything about the room as they had no other room left.... last and most important thing never order any food from hotel resturaunt or buy anything.... they charge double of evrything or even more... in every room they give you snacks and beverages which are chargeble at time of check out . they charge 20 rs. dairy milk at 70 rs. 40 rs. 7 up at 50 rs.. and etc. i had ordered their so called famous kolkata biriyani, all i got was one legpece and one small piece, little more than half bowl biriyani, that is full plate according to them...chrged 200 rs. , so never buy anything from hotel or you'll be facing loss . and check the rooms before you book them...also if you are booking online , then after booking call and inform them about your stay also give them order ID, so that they donot give the room to someone else
The entrance of the hotel is a narrow dark alley leading to the hotel reception and restaurant. It's placed adjoining a nursing home. Hence hospital smell hangs in the atmosphere during the day when the OPD is functioning. The rooms are on the first and second floor. Only one room has window for ventilation. Rest all the rooms are four closed walls opening into a dingy corridor. The rooms are used for guests and patients. No aeration no sunlight and closed corridor - a deadly combination of trapped infections. The hotel staff needs to be professional
I checked into the hotel today. Till now the hotel authorities behaviour is mine. As soon as I entered the room, everything is fine, only the Fan is fixed at the wrong side. It should be above the bed or behind my back. But it is in the side. I just recommend to place the fan at the proper place which will be convenient for the boarders.

The best hotel to stay in Silchar. Although the colonial vibe of erstwhile Tea Estate Sahib's club is gone, but still has so much history. Fantastic service and adequate parking.
I've stayed here for 2 days and it was an amazing experience. I never thought the stuff would be this friendly. The rooms are so beautiful and I'm really amazed by their hospitality. They made our staying very comfortable and were ready to cooperate
Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. We stayed almost 5 days in the hotel and loved it. The location is also very proper. The hotel staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Fooding also too good and hygiene. Would love to visit again.
Good value for money if you are visiting Silchar. Centrally located at the heart of Silchar near Premtola point and with geyser, TV, shower and wifi. The bed is comfortable. The owner of the hotel Mr. Uttam is a well reputed astrologist of Silchar,
