The worst staff I had experience in any of the saloon. Words like Commitment, delivery, customer expectations, customer satisfaction, delight are not meant for these people. They call you several time to take their service but when you visit they behave like a rude staff. I took the appointment for my wife and I got late for 1 or 2 hour there was no call from there side to remind or to reschedule the appointment. When I visited after an hour they denied for the treatment and behaved very rudely. I suggest everyone not to visit here they will not value your time. This has not happened first time. Everytime they behave like this. My message to the owner of this saloon is to to educate there staff how to treat their customers.
It is the worst studio I have ever been to. Their staff is so so bad and rude. They called me so many times to book appointment for hair treatment and when I booked the appointment and went to the the studio they said they'll not be able to provide services. I would say never trust their words. They'll not be able to fulfill their promises. I regret that I booked appointment, their staff didn't even know how to talk to customers. Worst experience of salon. I wouldn't have given a single star in review if it would have been possible. The staff that I met their was Rashmi and Rohit so don't ever trust them.
Excellent services by paridhan studio. We wanted a surprise dress for our guests from Australia and they did a splendid job with just basic information and a photograph.
