Very happy with the fitness classes being conducted here. I look forward everyday to go here and workout.. they offer variety of workouts which help you focus on different areas of your body. I have never enjoyed workout so much before. All in all awesome experience !!

Hi, I attended a few yoga sessions at parhez.fit for a month during my break. I must say the ambience and the amount of dedicated they put in for upper age 50+ seniors to help them with cervical and lower back issues is commendable. I am happy with the services. Keep it up Team

By far, the parhez has the best facility around. The workouts are fun with really helpful and awesome trainers. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. The Overall vibe is great and I have had good experiences. I definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I recently joined Parhez.fit and it seems like I have found the perfect place to get a healthier lifestyle. They have multiple workout plans and have helped me with a well curated plan that not only focuses on my muscle building but also my agility and strength building. Unquestionably one of the best Fitness Studio in Amritsar. Never thought that fitness could be that fun. As compared to other gym's their isn't a monotonous routine. Every day their is something new and exciting which motivates me to wake up early and attend the sessions. A big thumbs up for management as they are very friendly and cooperative. I am so glad to be finally able to try multiple form of workouts under one roof and under expert guidance. Parheiz Fit is definitely changing the game when compared to conventional gyms in the city! The opportunity to choose from a wide variety of workouts depending on your mood and day, keeps one engaged and engrossed! I'm sure one will never miss a workout out of boredom or lack of motivation here! The place is well maintained, very inviting and has all the required equipment!
