Nobody will attend the call. Once you reach there only, will come to know that Doctor(s) will come or not, if comes after 11.30 etc. Non cooperative. None of their phone numbers either on the bill or on the website works.

One of THE WORST hospitals ever. I took my 6 year old who was vomiting. Dr Arun who was the ER doctor was called from where he was sleeping to attend. He came 20 mins later hung over from sleep. He barely asked for the complaints and started writing the case sheet , no examination, no history collection, no explanation to parents, no reassuring patient. I sympathise with patients who have to be under care of such so called doctors like Dr Arun. He unit even fit to be an attendant. Absolutely a zero doctor. Choose some other profession you are not fit to be called a doctor. Parat HR should heck the aptitude of doctors before appointing them Just by paying a hefty sum and getting a degree you don't become a doctor.

My brother met with a bike accident recently. He's got some deep burns. It was in a verge of getting infected. Fortunately, we consulted Dr. Joseph Mani sir. And he has got the best treatment and he's healing fast. We do appreciate the politeness of the doctor and staffs. Even the dressings were so perfect. Thank you PMI.

13/04/2023 I visited this hospital, 3-4 hr I awaited for Consulting a doctor even after appointment . So I dictated to inform the concern department. Then I met Mr. kurian, admin officer. I tried to inform him he was very rude to me and he abused me in public and it was embarrassing for me. I never suggest anyone visit there.

The only hospital available around Puthuppally town, mostly crowded in the mornings during OP timings. A couple of visiting doctors are really good . Also Dr.Appuni who is one of the cheif physician is really good and recommended. The in patient department has improved a lot over the years . I would suggest to prefer the premium rooms( around 800rs per day) if you have to be admitted. Those rooms are neat and clean , and maintained in a better ambience. The nursing services are also way better as compared to earlier days. The greatest con for this hospital is the shortage of enough parking space for the vehicles. Even if you wants to drop a patient inside the hospital compound , and park your car outside , it is a very difficult task to go in and come out through the narrow passage and the entrance. The management should have seriously thought of relocating the hospital to a larger compound somewhere nearby as the chances of expansion are very less in the current location. Atleast they should think of making the way in and way out seperate, so that vehicles can come inside and drop the patient and park somewhere in the outside perimeter. There is lack of proper medical service and hospitality for the people in and around Puthuppally, meendom , vakathanam , thottakadu , etc. So hopefully the management will make this hospital into a bigger and better organized one..

Professional medical and nursing care. Totally appreciate the in-patient and out patient care received. Unlike many other hospitals, this place is not a money making institution.
