Unfavorable Parking Experience for Patients I recently visited the hospital and was disappointed with the parking arrangements, particularly the handling of the available spaces. Parking Availability: The hospital's front area boasts a significant number of empty parking spaces. However, it's disheartening to see that only a few are allocated for doctors, leaving ample room for improvement in utilizing this space efficiently for the benefit of patients. Limited Accessibility for Patients: Moreover, the security personnel restricting patients with kids from parking in the shaded area is quite inconvenient. Parking in shaded spaces can be crucial, especially for families with children, and I believe it's important for the hospital to consider the comfort of its patients. Suggestion for Improvement: I would appreciate it if the hospital could reconsider its parking policies, ensuring that a fair share of spaces is dedicated to patients, particularly those with special considerations like families with children. This adjustment would significantly enhance the overall experience for visitors and contribute to a more patient-friendly environment. Thank you for considering this feedback. A top-notch local hospital boasting impressive infrastructure, courteous and skilled medical professionals, and a fair price point relative to the exceptional care provided. However, there is room for enhancement in their specialized medical offerings. Patients may find the available parking somewhat limited.

I arrived at the hospital's reception desk on September 23, 2023, at 8:10 PM, and unfortunately, the receptionist's communication was quite rude. Additionally, the doctors' punctuality was lacking, leading to a significant number of patients waiting patiently for their consultations. While the hospital's infrastructure is commendable, the current administration and operation need much improvement.

Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay My wife recently had a c-section at this hospital, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience there. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were staying in a star hotel, with a beautiful suite room overlooking the sea and sunset. The doctors and nurses were incredibly friendly and approachable, and they took great care of my wife and baby. We were amazed by the level of service and attention to detail at Parco Hospital. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. They provided us with everything we needed, from extra pillows to delicious meals, and were always available to answer any questions we had. The best part of our experience, however, was the care that my wife and baby received. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive, and they made sure that my wife was comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though it was a c-section, my wife had a great experience and was able to leave the hospital just 3 days after delivery. Overall, we would highly recommend Parco Hospital to anyone who is looking for affordable, high-quality healthcare with excellent service. It wasn't my first time visit to here, I must say that Infrastructure is so good so my expectations are also same,but Myself can't resist to say management is so poor. Please make practical appointments with time slots, not as like general hospitals do. And crowded OP sections in single floor with multiple department Doctors, at least you could have made infant OP section separately also staff behaviour at the op section is not appreciable, House keeping is also not that good lot to improve. So please do the necessary actions and Bring up to the level, an Hospital structured like parco and With better service are much needed in Vatakara Taluk. Good Luck

The best decision I recently made was choosing my gynaecologist Dr Sajna Dilshad for my pregnancy consultation. Even though the hospital is a little far from my home, I chose Dr Sajna as my family had a great experience in having her as their gyno in past. I was even more surprised with the care I received during my delivery time. All the staffs inside the labour room were so approachable, and they were so friendly hence felt really comfortable throughout the entire period of stay. Rooms are spacious and neat and tidy. Room service was there twice a day. The quality of food included in my package were also good. My tiny feet and myself got the best care, and I feel extremely happy in choosing Parco hospital and Dr Sajna mam.

This hospital is a scam. A few days back we went to Parco. They admitted my maid over there and did her influenza test. They told us that the result will take 24 hours and she needs to be admitted. The results took way more time than that and we spend the whole day at the hospital. They said she will be discharged in the morning. Then, they pushed it to the evening. We paid 15,000 rupees for nothing. The medical plan was nothing other than isolating for a viral fever (influenza B) and taking flu medications. During that time, four different nurses came to treat the patient. One nurse did not even know how to put a paracetamol drip. She told me, that she is outsourced from an outside company. Then another nurse came who was not even wearing a uniform. The food and other services are pathetic. They have a good infrastructure and have the potential for becoming a good hospital. But sadly, their management is terrible. Then, the next day my sister in law went with flu like symptoms and they told her the same to get the influenza test done and get admitted. We refused because of our previous experience. Surprisingly, her results came the very next day in the morning at exact 24 hours. This was because we made an issue. So how did the results come for her in the morning and my maid's results came at 1.30 pm the next day post 24 hours? They are trying to make money by scamming people. I am pretty sure they will read this review and ignore it like the other negative google reviews. They only respond to positive reviews mostly. So if you are looking for the hospital from the outside, it looks great but if you are looking for efficient and good treatment, please go somewhere else. That being said, the only saving grace were a few nurses and doctors in the emergency department at this hospital.
