Read this before you buy any product from Parayil Agency. Cautionary Note: I strongly advise against purchasing any products from Parayil Agencies due to a highly unsatisfactory after-sales service experience. Regrettably, I acquired two air conditioners and an inverter from them, only to face continuous challenges in obtaining service support. Upon encountering an issue with the inverter a month ago, I promptly raised a complaint for repair. Despite their assurance of a technician visiting within three days, no one showed up even after persistent calls for two weeks. Frustrated, I personally took the inverter to their shop for repair, only to be informed that repairs would only be conducted at home. Once again, they promised a visit within three days, but it has now been a month with no response. When inquiring about the delay, I received personal excuses and no resolution. My experience with the Daikin AC purchased from them has been equally disheartening. The sales pitch included two free services within six months. However, after the initial service was performed after the first six months, subsequent attempts to schedule the second free service over the past 2 years have gone unanswered, despite numerous calls. Before considering any purchases from Parayil Agencies, it is essential to weigh the potential consequences of inadequate after-sales support. The lack of responsiveness and unmet service commitments underscore the importance of thoroughly evaluating a retailer's customer service reputation.

Excellent customer service. Recently i bought an inverter set from the shop. The price was very reasonable and the way they deal with the customers is appreciable. I will recommend this shop to others for inverters and a/c's.

One of the best dealer in this locality. Their dealings to customers is highly appreciable.More over the services rendered by them at any time is their another plus point. We can purchase branded products at reasonable price. Replacement facility is also available. In my experience, I am fully satisfied with them.

Very good service . Staffs very much friendly and after service is just awesome.. I requested for a service by morning and it was full filled at the earliest without interrupting my privacy. Its a good shop. I went their multiple time to purchase battery for my car, bike & inverter. The price they offered was okay & i felt it was good compared to other shops i looked. The service was also good as they installed new battery to my car & bike. Overall a good shop

Not a good customer experience. I made the payment, which included the product (inverter) price and installation charges. The installation person from the shop could not figure out a way to install it and arranged for an external electrician. The electrician was asking for Rs 1700 which I was supposed to pay from my side (even though the installation cost was included in the price. I then had to arrange for another electrician from my side who agreed to do the installation for Rs 1500 (including cost of switch/board). The installation was very straight forward and didn't need additional wiring but the installation person from the shop could not figure it out (or didn't want to figure it out). When I described the whole incident to the shop, mentioning that my payment included installation, they didn't have any explanation, and they were not willing to refund the additional cost of installation which I had to incur.

Service was excellent till three years ago. Now there is something wrong. Parayil agencies replaced my old water tank float with a new one on 2 Feb 2023. Today is the 21st and till date their technicians have been unable to install it properly. The issue was addressed on the 28th. Seems that there is an issue with some technicians.

Had very bad experience from one male sales person there. After payment for Daikin inverter ac worth 40k including tax amount( around 6-8 yrs back)he didn't give me payment receipt bill, instead a paper with the amount written in it, also didn't allow me to re-check the specs of the machine after payment. I expressed my disappointment and left the place without making any issues. The item received was not the piece with specification I was briefed, and they were not willing to replace. Looks like a duplicate one with very low cooling and efficiency. I am a government doctor working nearby and I will never recommend anyone to buy from this shop. Later I got only one free Service after repeated request, and it was not up to the mark.
