Paravur Beach - Tourist attraction in Paravur - Thiruvananthapuram, India

I visited early in the morning. So, that time no rush over there. I enjoyed it really well . Only one thing disappointed me like the plastic waste. Almost 8km from varkala Here one side sea and the other side lake. Also here boat service and resorts are available .

Beautiful line of beaches all along the coastal road from Varkala to Kollam. The beaches are clean, white sand, and nice breeze. Mostly uncrowded. The waters are clear but can be dangerous because of the big waves and the current.

A really peaceful and stranded beach for some time alone. But be careful though, there are stray dogs. Better don't go deep in the water as there is no one around normally for any help. You can come here in a car. Best time to visit it during sunset to get some good photos.

Never miss the polachira bund road which is enroute to paravur beach n also visit nearby varkala...one if peaceful n aesthetic beaches with a rich biodiverse estauries. One cud find jellyfish in the estaury. Take the walk through the trees to the estaury, god its a real paradise

If you are a beach person, this is one of the paradises in Kollam district. Go during early morning or late evenings to watch the sun and have an ice-cream with your favourite people. During rainy seasons, it is my favourite place to go offroading on my Jeep. The place is awesome and it is catching up as you can see the number of tourists increasing every day.

Nice beach. Not over crowded, have to say a bit lonely for a good tourist spot. We couldn't find a single dustbin in the entire area we walked so we had to carry the cola bottle and snacks packet we bought back with us to the car. This alone cause for a lot of waste thrown around. The lake was looking so bad because of it.
