Lift was out of order. Elderly people had a hard time taking the steps
This looks more like a lodge,no room service, for a setup like this, they charge really high. No room service,no food nothing from this place, not suitable for family or couple.
It's an okay hotel.. there is banquet hall which is ideal for functions.. indeed it is air conditioned.. the food isn't so tasty but the restaurant staff is good. We had a bad experience inside the lift. It got stuck in between and they took around 20 minutes to solve it.. though it isn't very unusual the maintenance and rescue staffs aren't satisfactory.. the lift is very small and suffocating too. I felt isn't that kids friendly. But an average restaurant at the place..
Overall, I had a good experience at Paravoor Gateway Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could have been improved. First, there were not enough plug points in the room, so I had to share one with my partner. Second, the TV remote was very old and required a lot of force to press the buttons. Overall, I would recommend Paravoor Gateway Hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Paravoor.
Rooms are clean and tidy.No room service,No restaurant.. All rooms with a hall space.. Over all good, good for one day stay
A normal lodging with ac and non ac rooms. Not very expensive. Noticeable from road o. Normal traffic. Has cable TV and hot water. Has a restaurant which opens by 11am only. There is some parking space and free. No major amenities. Has WiFi only on the lounge. Accepts credit/debit cards. Does not have intercom in rooms and is an inconvenience. Charges for water. Not many staff.

A horrible joint. No room service, no additional bed sheets, no food, nothing. We had to buy 3 bedsheets from a near by textile shop. The way to the room was full of dust, very visible on that black granite pathway, once you get out of the lift. Towels offered were all torn. Same with bedsheets. Had a horrible time somehow managed one night there.

Perfect for functions and parties. Very Well organized and good for families We booked the entire place for almost 2 days. Rooms were very neat and well maintained. All our functions were well organized and managed. Food was delicious and spot on.
