Paranur Lake - Swimming lake in Kanchipuram - Chengalpattu, India

It is very big lake. We can find water at all days . It was fully greeny around the lake. We can get fresh air and find many trees and grass around it. It looks beautiful. Many IT companies are located nearby the lake.

It's a small lake by the side of the railway track. I have seen many birds visit the lake. It is nice to see .. especially after seeing so much garbage, unkept buildings, etcetera, along the railway line. Sadly, the lake isn't maintained.

It's a parnur lake and people don't use it properly and spoiling the water by cleaning buffaloes cows goats on dogs and all other animals. On some people also take bath in it. If it is only for bathing then okay, for some other extra activities also people will use that's the bad part

My favorite place ever.... Coz my home is located near to the lake and if i get bored i will go walk in the road around the lake... This lake is sorounded by a road in east , our playing ground in north , railways station road in south side and railways station, NH in west side... If we walk are sit in the east side road in night time its a good feel and peaceful ever... Thr night view of the lake is very much good if we see when the lake full of water... And so much things to say about the lake... ... Peacefulness , night brezee..

Lake of my village... I'm seeing this lake from my childhood.. before 2015 rain this lake was dry for 2 years and after they heavy rain this lake filled... Some people who came to work here before few years thought this lake is formed during 2015 rain, what an intellectual thought process...

Lake formed during 2015 flood, its clean and you can see many birds there.
