Parampara Resort & Spa, Coorg - Resort hotel in Kudige - Kodagu, India

It was a plesent stay in this resort, every thing was fantastic and nice food was delicious and the nature and climate was very good. I love to visit again in the future.

This review is based on true experiences! Me being a hotelier I always avoid giving negative feedback to any property but this I must! I've stayed in this resort for 2 nights with Breakfast & Dinner package where in I paid about 17k, the resort location is quite nice but it's tough to access to mainland. If you don't have your own vehicle you would need a lot of money for auto/taxi. When I entered the resort they were kind enough to give me an early check-inn, however I personally felt that they've charged me extra for that which they manipulatively included in my room charges and that's totally fine. 100$ a night is not a bad option but this resort is worthless. After a simple buffet breakfast I asked them to get some drink to pool, they mentioned that I can offer drink at the Bar premises or in my room!!! But they've a nice pool unfortunately they're not allowing the food & drinks there, I was really in the regretful mindset as it wasn't upto my expectations. The room was very small, the balcony was dirty & stinky, no proper hot water, TV channels weren't working (not my concern) & I tried to change the resort by asking them to deduct 1 night charges for just 4 hours but the Front Office people were very disloyal, non empathetic, rude & careless behavioural. They were truly amazing until I make the payment! After that They said if you want you change the resort you can change but we don't refund the money!!! Atleast they dint even try to convince me to stay back and that was very unprofessional way of Hospitality Industry. With no option left I had to stay back as I've had already made the entire payment in advance. The resort is suitable to be a Kinder Garden as it's very kids & parent friendly. The best part was at the bar I met this person called Hariprasad who truly made our holiday well going & Vaibhavi from the evening Karaoke team filled some memories. Restaurant people are kind & SPA was worst. The drink costs were really expensive where I ended up paying 22000 rupees extra for the Whiskey & Soda. I never ever recommend younger generation & couple to choose this resort unless they have kids. There are plenty other resorts with good amenities & environment.

I am writing this review from the property itself. I do not recommend this place unless you want to waste money or this is the only place where you get rooms to stay. We stayed in private pool villa for two days. Except housekeeping staff nobody ever bothered to ask us what we need even though this is a overcharged room. They won't bother to clean the private pool. No hot water when we need. They will turn off the main valve. We had to call multiple times just to get hot water for bathing. Curtains and blankets were so dirty. We had to ask for extra blanket and pillow for the extra bed. Except one or two staff and Mr Ramakanth nobody bothers about ur existence. They won't evn smile. Cycles are rusted and rickety. Found cigarette butts near common pool. Good things about the place is live music Mukesh, Mallesh and one more person sang well. Parking and greenery is good. Food is also not bad. North indian cuisine was good. Please be noted even if you extend the stay u will have to pay for lunch. Only dinner and breakfast is complimentary. Also if you are a small family or South Indians they won't care about u. If you are from outside of karnataka you will get great treatment here. Pathetic for a resort owned by a company which runs chain of hotels

The place is quite and well maintained. The rooms are clean and their service is good. The staff are helpful, especially restaurant staff Mr. Ramakant & Mr. Mani. Everything in the place is recommendable except the food. They should definitely improve the food that's served as there are no other options near by. I heard that the property is run by a young entrepreneur, best wishes to him.

We stayed 3 days .. Good resort, too many Activities to keep all busy, great Food, live music in evening is best one.. all staff is cooperative n helpful..Cottages r cozy but not well maintained .. Hv to ask to clean it properly n smells bad.. we hv to repeatedly ask to clean cottage n still it was not cleaned properly...towels just rolled n put back for reuse..over all average experience

Resort was really beautiful and staff is very well versed with professional way of handling guests. Especially Ramakant was very professional and polite in understanding guest needs and providing appropriate services to guest. Great place and value for money

We had a great stay at Parampara resort. The location was good, the greenary in and around the resort was wonderful. The service and the food provided was splendid. We highly recommend to visit the resort as it is best suited for couples and family. Trip to this resort is worth every penny.

Resort has fun activities but few are chargeable they should make it free Bonfire singing us dancing was all fun Stuff helped us with destination to visit A staff member named Ramakanth is v.helpful served a lot helped a lot
