We stayed here for one day and we booked a big size room with 3 queen size beds. Affordable price but can improve the cleanliness of the place. Though it is located near the bus stop, we could not find any good veg hotels nearby.
My overall impression of this hotel is that it's a great value for money. I booked this through Make My Trip and was happy with the quality of stay. The rooms is big and clean. The staff ensured that the rooms are at perfect condition when we got in. This place is at the heart of Kushalnagar so things are quite accessible and at walkable distance. The only thing which can be improved is their parking. They don't have a dedicated parking area, so your vehicle would be on the road.
Though the rooms are clean, there is no parking or dining facility.. Steps to bathroom is not needed & my mom found it difficult to reach reception while climbing steps.. Lift is necessary in these type of hotels.. But the ambience & cleanliness is good..
If you are going with elders - I would like to mention there is no lift facility, at the entrance itself you have got big big steps...... By the way the hotel is good, very good ambience and they have got free wifi and hot water facilities.....
Good Hotel to stay in. walkable distance from Kushalnagar KSRTC Bust Stand. Clean Rooms with AC and 24/7 Hot water facility. Service was also good. Only problem is that they do not have restaurant in the hotel so you will have rely on outside restaurants for Tea, Coffee and food, nearby there are multiple options, for pure veg food there is Nakshatra restaurant, Udupi Upahara and Cauvery Tiffanies.. hotel is recommendable for families.. Buddha Golden Temple, Nisargadham and Dubbare Elephant Forest are nearby and it is very easy to get autos to cover all these places.. Madikeri is around 20-25kms from this place...
Rooms were fine but the place had no elevator facility which made it difficult for senior citizens. Toiletries may be improved
Stayed at Parampara Residency for two nights and 3 days. located in Kushal nagar it is near to many locations like Golden Temple, Nisargdhama, etc. Decent stay for 2-3 days with friends or family. Nothing Fancy. Please carry your own toiletries and towels. They do provide the same, but it was not very clean.
Parampara residency is located in Kushalnagar area of Coorg. The rooms are specious, well furnished , neat & clean . Available facilities are AC, TV & Wi-Fi. The entrance of the place is not suitable for elderly & disabled people. Non availability of lift makes it more troublesome. Parking is not available. Restaurant is not available.
