Horrible! Just horrible! My mother was admitted there for 4 days. She shared her experience with me. She was admitted in ccu. She said how rudely the nurses and a doctor behaved with her. I have also seen they were not supportive at all. They were just sit and cracked jokes about the patients. One of the nurses even poured hot tea into my mother's mouth forcefully and her tongue burned. My mother was able to walk on her feet but still the nurse insisted her to finish her toilet laying on bed and thus she also got infection in urethra. How terrible it is! Really I never ever recommend anyone to be admitted in this evil hospital. The authority of the hospital always ready to snatch other's hard earned money. Behaviour is everything. If a nurse or doctor doesn't treat the patients well then why did they choose this profession? I am giving 2 stars only for the cleanliness. That's all.

I admitted my father at this hospital. Because he had an attack and this cheap and inhuman people of this hospital robbed blood from my father's body. These hospitals should be banned. And staffs of this hospital should be punished hard. Never go to this hospital. If you care for your loved one then never even think of that.

I really want to appreciate Dr kundan Kumar his work and treatment I really can't describe in words i was shocked by seeing his dj stend removal procedure he was a doctor or magician am confused he did my surgery in just 2mins which describes his experience and it was painless while doing the procedure i was watching live in tv it was awesome

Paramount Hospital in Siliguri is truly exceptional in providing the best care. I recently had a medical emergency, and from the moment I entered the hospital, I was met with professionalism and empathy. The medical staff here is top-notch, and they took the time to explain every step of my treatment. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comforting atmosphere. Cheap and best service provider. The best part is this hospital has an EMI treatment facility for every type of treatment.

Paramount is a place of thugs. They only loot money from patient family. Dr. Sojol Biswas is a cheater. My uncle is admitted with brain Haemorrhage but Sojol Biswas did operation of my uncle. Another very well renowned doctor said that it was not a patient of OT , with the help of medicine it would be better. Patient died after few days of operation. Whole Hospital is full of thugs mainly doctor and the manager. The only thing matters for them is money. After admitting to OT, they gave us(after 10min of OT) a slip to buy a Tapered Blade which costs Rs18,500 out of the OT charge. Unnecessary medicine charge and test. They don't have proper doctor. Don't go there.
