No concern for senior citizen patients, in terms of professionalism. No English toilet for ladies. Seating arrangements, even notices on the notice board have not changed for more than 20 years.

I had a really bad experience with the service and medical treatment at this hospital. I will recommend you not to get your patient admitted here. My father was admitted here and was diagnosed of Liver Abscess. Doctor didn't guide us properly and kept on saying Abscess is not liquified so we will have to keep him for few more days and wait for it to liquify so that it can be tapped out. This way they kept my father for 17 days of which 5 days he was kept in ICU. There are 3 main doctors and every day all 3 doctors used to come and diagnose him and used to add some or the other thing upto it and ask us to get those medications. To be honest it was a total extortion by the hospital and doctors. Even the mediclaim was not been processed by them and we had to pay full amount. And the worst part is that even after 17 days our dad's Liver Abscess was not cured and we had to take him to other hospital. Doctors and staff is not that cooperative with sharing actual info and reports. It was a worst experience. I had to forcefully ask the doctor to share Case Summary in order to take a Second openion. If you really want wour patient to get well, take them to a hospital where time,money and patient's life is valued.

One of the most worst hospital in Panvel, all doctors have money making mindset. Too much of ego problems. Doctors are not good at all.. never gave certain answers. Whenever we ask how's patient & how much time it will take to recovery they always gave us uncertain answers. They told us no buddy can give you answer of these questions. Initially patient got fever in there hospital & started brain seizures but Because of there lack of experience & knowledge they don't even understand that this is brain seizures & this is happening because of extreme fever & then they make situation worst, because of seizures our patient got started brain issues & whenever we ask questions they started giving us uncertain answers if issue is not known to them & they don't know what to do they must have refer another hospital, even after one of Neurologist told them.what was exactly issue they still keep treating patient without knowledge, they keep doing experiment, & when we ask when situation will improve they said we don't know & At one point they told us this patent is leave life like this.. your patients mental situation will take year or sometimes it will take more than 2-3 years. They Always scares to patients relative. Finally we moved our patients to multi specialty hospital named as suraj hospital in sanpada & our patient 100% recovered in 1 month. Now he can walk & able to do all kinds of activities on his own. .. never go to paramount worst & expensive hospital.not justifying worth. There staff is also not good nurses are very unprofessional & arrogant, even RMO & assistant doctors are unprofessional. There office boy always ask money to clean patient, if your patients is unconscious & in ICU & did toilet on bed then they clean but asked money & if they do shaving again ask money. Always you have to give them 50-100 rupees. I don't know these open bribe is pramoted by there management & staff is allowed to ask money openly to patients relative which is irrespective of there hospital fees. There one day bed charges is more than reputed hospital like appolo & Fortis. Very worst experience don't go..

One of the oldest hospitals in Panvel. Satisfactory result in my first visit. Only thing is that they don't give online appointments. Coupon system is there and need to wait for quite long.

Good hospital .all types of doctors are visiting here . communication between patient and doctor is good .all staff from ground to doctors are good .very clean hospital .if u are admit here then you will see 3-4times cleaning takes place . doctor continuously Checking your fitness .overall best hospital . highly recommended if any problem u have

One of the oldest hospital in panvel where all the doctors are well qualified and experienced. However the staff is not patient friendly and appear to be too casual while dealing with patients, they talk loudly and at times busy with the tv or with their cell phones. hospital needs to improve in cleanliness.

OPD experience : I took an appointment for one of the doctor and the receptionist asked me to come at 10:30 am and I met the respected doctor at 12:30 pm. Wasted my complete 2 hrs in hospital in this COVID situation.Poor coordination between doctor and hospital staff.Hospital staff should value and respect patient's and thier time.

Hopeless hospital. My dad was admitted for breathlessness on Saturday morning. The doctor was trying till evening and in the evening told us to move to a bigger hospital. Later we learnt that he had 2 heart attacks the previous night which were hidden from us. They don't have a lift and the patient is made to sit on chair and lifted. They don't have catherater for urine even in ICU and the ward boy takes his own time to bring the urine pot. Worst service but charges are like 5 star hospital. I will never recommend it to any serious patient. It may be ok for planned operation like appendicitis where the patient is not serious. But serious patients should never step in this bloody hospital
