"Paramel PowerHouse Health Club" is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Small and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended! AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend checking this gym out. There are separate Men, Ladies, Family Fitness Club and Zumba club which are of International standard. There is a facility for selecting A/c or Non-A/c fitness club for the Paramel PowerHouse Health Club. It has good ambience and easily accessible from town. Personal trainings are also available with International standard. I'll recommend this Health Club to achieve your fitness goal!!

I joined here in November last year and my experience here has been excellent. I have been to the family gym section which is very neat and has all the modern equipments and facilities, our trainers Mr Sarath and Mr. Gilbert was very supportive to both me and husband. Their flexible timings from morning 5 to night 11 was lot helpful for us to attend gym our work schedule. We wish all the very best to the entire team and highly recommend the gym to everyone...

Good place for a healthy workout. situated at the heart of the town. It offers AC and Non AC club for workout.
