Very bad experience. Sat for almost 4 hours untreated still didn't get to meet the doctor.
Patients coming late were sent early in OPD inside just because of some connections.
On approaching staff for this matter, had a very ugly and disrespectful response.
HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED.

Total Mismanagement, and Disregard to Patient's Time:
We had a really bad experience at Param Hospital.
We had called hospital before to seek an appointment. We were told that we can come directly. We reached there around 6:20 PM (OPD hours are 5-8 PM.) Receptionist told us to wait. We waited for half an hour and asked if Doctor would be available today. They asked us to wait for some more time telling us that Doctor is wrapping up an operation and would be coming shortly. This episode of '10 minutes more' kept repeating till 7:45 PM. Finally, our patience gave up, and we had to return back.
With due respect to the Doctors and their team, this was surely an awful management. My father told me that the same episode happened with him once in the same center.
