Its not a view point houses are build nearby and i dont feel any beautiful view point there

It's a private property but you can have a view from a public road. It's in the middle of a crowded residential area with narrow roads.

A risky place for drives.... Narrow roads and dangerous.... Not worthy for the views in offer...
