Paraizo the Club - Club in Surat - Surat, India

Such a beautiful place with a beautiful vibe, however food of jain is okayishhh but the day spent is really soothing

We went for a holiday there as guests and not as member so for us it was okay. Too much of rules and game room closes at 9pm . Property is too far from City area making it difficult for us go out and explore other things Restuarant has less food options. Food is nice but should have more options Lots of activity available and is maintained nicely

We went there for a 2 night stay with a booking of 8 rooms. I have never seen such a rude staff ever earlier. They were struggling to give us the rooms even after an hour of scheduled check in time. The staff at club reception asked us to go to the room reservation reception and figure out the status. When we went there, there was a crowd standing there to get their room keys. They had no clue of which rooms were ready, it took an hour to hand us the rooms after we stood there asking for the status. The lady there tells us rudely- thik hai aapko room late mila, abhi aap late check out karna. The club asks for a room deposit of 500rs per room for keys. This is the first time ever seen such a policy. It felt more like a training camp with strict rules and regulations for each and every amenities. Overall it was a horrible experience. At the checkout staff was rude , over the phone they say," you have 10 mins left for checkout, we are informing you in advance of 10 mins" . There is zero customer service.

Going to this club is like living in a military camp. They are hell bent on rules and restrictions, the staff is super rigid and rude too. They failed to give us our room on time and we were asked to "relax" and "stay patient " when we asked them about the delay. Not just that, the lady at the reception had the audacity to tell us that we could check out 30 mins late to compensate their delay in giving us the room on time. Lol, she already spoke about checking out even before we had checked in. Customer service at its horrible worst.

Lavish club with good amenities, has a restaurant with above average food with a price tag of 5 star tho the quality:quantity ratio is maintained. Many of the facilities are already in use like indoor badminton area, squash area, swimming pool, tennis area, basketball area, etc. Gym and theatre is still not ready to serve yet. Few stay room in indoors are ready yet the houses are not ready, if you buy a house over here which cost ~50L(basic), then you get club membership free which starts at ~4.5L(basic). If you buy a membership, they give you one event free (lifetime limited) and let you use banquet but have to use their caterers only, that too which the prices of dish starts from ~1.3K. Overall, its a nice place to have a stay back and chill in holidays or weekend and use the club facilities, tho the prices to stay here a night starts from ~2.6K and goes till 6K for a suite.

If you are looking for Club in Economy Range with Extra Luxurious Facilities, Paraizo is for you! Must Go Place for Club Holders. Guest are allowed with Members of Club for Limited Access to Restaurant, Play Area for Kids & Arcade Games. Beautiful Place to be. You can easily spend 5-6 Hours doing lot many Things at Club which Includes Swimming, Indoor Games Like Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Pool, Billiards, Squash & More. Food at Restaurant is Above at Par with Pocket Friendly Prices. 5 Stars for Paraizo!

Very good club. Excellent destination for marriage. Location is beautiful. Plenty of place.

Great club. Been there for a wedding function. I don't know about the prices but the place is neat and clean. Food was awesome too. Villas looks nice and well maintained
