Paradise Lagoon - Resort hotel in Kodi Bengare, Thonse West - Udupi, India

Paradise Lagoon as the name suggests it's a real Paradise in Udupi district. Surrounded by the Serene Waters of Swarna River, the property has lot of Greenery, different flowering plants, beautiful pathways. Coming to the room we stayed in Premium and it was upto it's standard with all modern amenities. The staff right from the reception especially 'Akshay ' and Faiz are very cooperative and professional. The Riverside Restaurant provides Scenic view and sumptuous Food. The Breakfast Buffet is excellent. And the regular Menu has wide variety of dishes. Must mention Dheeraj, and his Teammates exceptional service. House keeping staff do a commendable job in keeping the rooms and the outer surroundings neat and clean. The Pool is Cool with Blue Tiles and maintained well. They have some water activities outsourced which is to be paid for. What more can one ask for in a Resort with So much of Peace and Happiness

Location is good. Kids will enjoy. Rooms are not properly maintained. Rooms you stay are 1 or 2 star. Garden also need proper maintenance. Room prices and food prices are higher then overall experience

Great place to stay with family and friends. Little inside, but peaceful once reach. Lot of in-house games and few paid activities. Food was good. Rooms and swimming pool was neat and clean.

- we booked 2 waterfront rooms for a family outing - the rooms had a good view - At check-in time, 1 room's bathroom was smelling so bad that 30 mins after their cleaning and spraying room freshener the situation went back to the same. - for any room service or requirement you need to call them from mobile and if signals are not available and you call on watsapp there is no reply. We needed towels and tea bags and I had to specifically go to reception at 6 in morning as no one was replying on phone - restaurant is good - the housekeeping team is more eager to work for tips rather than doing work in general as their job - access also needs to be planned properly and if you are going for 1st time than try to reach before sunset as the road is wide enough only for 1 vehicle and other will need to reverse with water body on both sides

One of the worst to stay as the rooms look good in pics but paint keeps chipping off and bathroom has broken ventilation. Have to switch off the light to use the washroom. Hardly any staff. Restaurant has only one person who goes to the kitchen by walk ( takes atleast 15min to come back). Swimming pool green in colour, loaded with chlorine ,no lights... The only plus point is ---Location is good.

It was awesome spending time at the resort rooms, the pool, the surroundings in the entire property and the restaurant, was all excellent. Perfect maintenance and brilliant service. Food was extremely good. Each member of the staff made us feel comfortable and were willingly available for us. A special mention about fayiz.Mahammad he knows all languages such a sweet person We would certainly give reference of your resort to whoever visits Finally they gave us a lot of good vibes and memories. Had a wonderful experience. We can even give 6 star for overall service. I went there for Anniversary and they arranged a table for candle light dinner at no extra cost. We took a water front room for a day and next day we changed the room to house boat. The view was amazing. Great hospitality.

This resort is close to the city of Udupi only a 10-15 minute drive. Although the entrance road is a little small, the scene once you pass through the gates is completely different. The resort is situated alongside the back waters. Lovely scenery. This location need to be on your list if you want to spend quality time with your family or friends. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Akshay for the excellent service and overall experience.They also have houseboats, however there is just one with two rooms. So getting a booking should be a stroke of luck. Nice restaurant with a view of the water, but you should order your food in advance because the kitchen isn't very busy. However, the menu is varied and the cuisine is good.
