5 villas will be and entrance with hall and next kitchen and one bathroom on ground, duplex on top 3 bedrooms with 2 bathroom and small place on hall and one balcony in this Street only villas will be present it is some what good.

I stayed in the villa next to this guest house from the same owner. Terrible place. They literally cheated me by charging 4k. AC did not work, fans did not work, geysers did not work. Money minded people and no respect for guests. I don't recommend this place to the my worst enemy also. Stay away and secure your money. Could not give 0 stars or negative ratings. Hence giving 1 star.

Apartments are really well maintained. But service is a bit slow but I am sure that it can be improved. One might have to take a little walk to reach the main road if you are looking for some food in the area. Overall, I'll give 4 ratings to improve on services.

I booked standard room for a day. Room size was bit small though. But it was very clean. I had a pet and they allowed there. Staffs were very helpful and friendly too. Location wise it is good. Very near to main road and just beside the stadium. I hope they continue with the same way. Only drawback is no car parking. Am giving 5 star.

such pathetic display of respect and courteousness... me and my relatives checked in here at 6 am in the morning in december.. the obvious thing we expect is a working geyser.. this whole place has 1 geyser that too wasnt working and this guy went out saying he will come back and check.. after half an hour when he didnt come back we went searching for him.. he was sleeping in the next house... we had to use cold water even after paying.. i recommend they are other stays which are far better if not best stays inside the city itself..

Very cosy & comfortable place to stay for short period. very peaceful. non- availability of attached toilets for all bed rooms and difficulty in tracing the villa may be issues but they can be overcome.

Rooms are very poor and dirty, the bedsheets, blanket and pillows were stinking and full of yellow dirty marks with dirt marks everywhere..the room was filled with mud and when asked to be cleaned, they denied of cleaning the rooms, the toilets were stinking and dirty with yellow and black irritating marks everywhere, God knows what it was, the manager and the management was very rude and unprofessional. They did not have attached toilets, it was a common toilet that had to be shared with other persons from different rooms. They had also said that there was a lift but actually no lift or elevator was present at the guest house. No soaps or other facilities were provided, every penny taken as the rent for the room is useless and was wasted. Also the guest house is completely outside of the main city and beside the highway where no basic facilities are available. I am never again going back to this guest house. Just to mention explicitly, the management and specially the manager was very rude and only understood money.

I thank to god that I am finally out of this great hotel,I feel lucky. They have two persons as so called staff members,do not have bed sheets nor do they have drinking water available. They have hotel near to the YSR stadium which is the okaish location. If you ever come to Visakhapatnam prefer railway platform for overnight stay rather than this hotel
