The rooms were kinda ok. I got rooms like this in just 200 in other places like Delhi, Dehradun, but we paid 1200 for an AC room per night, and the air conditioning was subpar, occasionally malfunctioning. We could have found a much better room for the same price. I have no intention of returning.
Basic amenities like soap in the bathroom and even a water bottle were not provided; we had to purchase them from them. Additionally, the bedsheets had stains and were somewhat dirty. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
The auto driver told us that its just close to the station and very reasonable and nice but its one of the worst hotels....The rooms are definitely not worth the price. They are not in good condition, ac does not work properly, no hot water and no proper facilities.
Good area and locality with ample space for car parking good rooms they have renovated some 10 rooms which look like 3star hotel. I was the first person to stay in those rooms because there were opening on the following day. Overall a peaceful stay

When Broad Lands left me stranded with the remark "We are overbooked", I found this little guest house nearby. The guy tried to put me in a shabby room, but when I refused to stay, he showed me a good room on the third floor. It was nice. The power sockets are not at all placed nearby so that will be an issue. No towels or toiletries were provided. But the location is pretty close to the beach and Metro station. About 1 km. While you are there, try the Ratlam Cafe's Kaapi and Idli sambar.
We had a great experience in this hotel. Al the staff members are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are also cost friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Chennai for a stay with family
Good value for the money spent came with my family. They are renovation new rooms the owners promised to give those rooms next time nice car parking, overall a pleasant stay
