The place is at a great location but the rooms are not well maintained.The washrooms are the worst.

Horrible experience. The room was so dirty and the behaviour of the stuff! I felt like I should get paid to stay there. It is not worth the price you pay.

I would have given less than one star but can't as option is not there. Location wise the hotel is at very good place and the room was also good enough but the service was drastic, frustrating and tormenting. First of all after check in i saw that the bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty so I asked them to change but in reply hotel management said that they won't be able to change that right away cause from laundry bed sheet and pillow covers have not come. Then after long altercation they provided the same. As I had taken AC room so at night I asked for AC blanket then the person present at the reception asked me when did you check in? I told him at 3 pm then he asked me why didn't you demanded the same from the staffs who were present at the time when you checked in. The most important thing is that the staff was badly in drunken state. That became horrible and nightmare to me. That was the worst experience I have ever had.

Every hotel stuff is very helpful, nice and cordial. The location could not be any better than this, if you want to do shopping, eating or even explore the old Kolkata. In term of price to room that I had have, I'd say a bit pricey but one could argue that was because of holiday season and massive influx of tourists drove the price up. Nonetheless, I would suggest to check evaluate and negotiate then book the room. You would not regret your stay here.

I stayed there for a night & the room is very good. It's a good place in this street to stay on budget. The manager was smiling & of gentle nature. The guard woke us up at early morning otherwise we would have missed the journey to our next destination. The washroom is well equipped with all modern amenities. Toiletries were given in the room. It's got a lift also.

Rooms should have been more neat and clean. And overall service is not up to the marks. Rent is 1200 Rupee per night quite high as per their service.

Hotel owner behaviour is awesome but the staff behaviour is not so good. I told the to give me a extra pillow, they didn't given me. I have flight at 7.30 that's why I have pay the money earlier in the night. The manager was changed at 9 pm and older one didn't write the clearance in their receit book. So new manager told me to pay the money but i have already paid it. Overall hotel environment is good but new manager and staff is not so smart.
