Paradise Corner Residency - Lodging in Thavalakuppam - Pondicherry, India

This is not a hotel, I feel it a my own house, I loved the place, it's very near to beach. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. They will guide you will all the places in pondycherry... I had a very happy stay in this hotel....

the staff and the management has no idea about the word hospitality here. they kicked us out of the room in the middle of the night because they didn't wanted to listen to our complaint that the AC wasn't working properly on a summer night. if you're trying to have some good time in pondy, AVOID this place and you'll find a lot of hotels around the town with better service, as we did even after these people kicked us out and made us leave the area using their influence on the local cops.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience during our stay at this particular property last week. Initially, we were pleased with the rooms and decided to proceed with our stay. However, we soon discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite leaving it on for a continuous period of two hours, the room remained uncomfortably warm. Frustrated by this issue, we promptly informed the room attendant, who assured us that he had notified the owners. After some time, the owners themselves arrived, but to our dismay, they were intoxicated and exhibited rude behavior. When I attempted to document the condition of the room by taking a photograph, they forcibly confiscated our mobile device and began using inappropriate language. This incident left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. We strongly advise against recommending this hotel to anyone due to the subpar service and the disrespectful conduct of the owners. Furthermore, even after we departed from the premises, they continued to harass us by involving local individuals with questionable intentions in an attempt to intimidate us.

Room's are neat and clean..., staffs are friendly, there are some hotel and restaurant nere by distance Event medical clinic and medical shop also there.. Disadvantages: After 10 30 gate ll be closed, and the night time staff will be cringe don't take him serious.. over all nice guy

Staff people are friendly and helpful. They have provided wifi and places to in Pondicherry.Rooms are neat and washrooms are clean.

I recently stayed at this Hotel and overall it met my expectations for a budget-friendly option. The room was small but clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer my questions. The location was also a plus, situated in a safe and convenient area with easy access to public transportation. I felt that the hotel provided good value for the price I paid and I would recommend it to other budget-conscious travelers.
