Ordered through Swiggy and it's the worst biryani, road side wala provides better quality. It's world's worst biryani..

Just went to bank near to this place and when tried to have good irani chai ..this place striked us. Had hot irani chai ..its quiet refreshing. you will have bun, biscuits , samosa, sandwitch etc. always try having these as evening snack or refresher. you will also have kashmiri chai...will try this next time.

Very worst service. They are not giving respect to customers, just now I took one chicken biryani. It's also NOT FRESH . Not following the Q. How is giving big order they will prefer them only for priority . Very very bad experience. So my suggestion is done go to sr nagar branch.

"Briyani" the unanimous dish which every Indian would love to eat. Be it a festival or any celebrating occasion there will not be a menu without this dish. Being from a south Indian origin I have tasted the flavors of Ambur, didndugal and some unique Chennai recipes,. So here I'm in Paradise circle in Hyderabad to witness the one of the legendary Restaurant who servers Hyderabadi Dum briyani. The Restaurant has their branches at multiple parts of the city but I have been suggested to visit the one at secundrabad which is more prominent. Ordered a chicken dum briyani, Served with 2 mammoth pieces of Chicken breast and leg part covered by a heap of Basmati Rice. Smells good, the taste of Ghee and flavors of spices are excellent. The meat is cooked perfectly with the masalas and good to embrace with the rice. The add-on's Raitha and Gravy too provided an additional taste, which complimented the briyani very well. Trust me the Quantity served here is really more than one can consume and I felt there should be option for the solitude's to choose a min Quantity. Atlast, I was little surprised for not being provided with the bill, instead the server himself collected the money (as per menu - with no Tax, Vat etc..) and provides you the change as well. I'm not pretty sure whether this is the usual practice.

Unhappy with the Mutton haleem ordered through swiggy. Quantity Received not even half of the box for 262 rupees that too got improper uncooked Mutton and taste was worst. Worst service even from swiggy platform as swiggy is not accepting what customer said even with clear snaps and in reply they told that Paradise restaurant is well doing and serves quality food. That means foodie's are tasteless fellows. I don't recommend swiggy platform and paradise as well and I don't want to use again. Their response and customer service made me like that!

Today i have ordered a mutton biryani ,it was very bad experience i had Actually its not a mutton it is another animal meat & the mutton colour also dark , i smelled a very bad in mutton please be carefull guys .

Please don't fall for the new branding, advertisements and the free biryani scams. It's so sad to see Paradise lose it's name and degrade so low beyond any standards. The worst biryani ever and gave me food poisoning as well. Rice is just soaked in lot of salt water. Absolutely no flavour and just meaningless heat from mirchi powder. THE WORST!
