Recently dined at Paradise Biryani | LB Road. Food service is exceptional and courteous. Staff Srikanth is professional. The overall dining experience was also excellent. The quality of food is beyond expectations, especially the Royal Mutton Biryani. Overall the atmosphere was great, it was a good experience,

The taste was traditional Hyderabadi/Kerala style with dum. We placed an order for chicken and mutton briyani. The flavour was normal and you won't deep dive into it very much. It seems that side dishes are good. It was nice that they arrived with fresh rolls. Finally, double ka meetha which was incredibly mediocre.

Paradise lives up to it's reputation through each of it's outlets. The food quality and taste is amazingly alike in each of it's outlet. Service :3.5/5 There is no table order available here. You need to order at counter and they will serve the dish to table based on token provided. Staff can be little bit courteous and responsive. Ambience : 3/5 Not much of an ambience here. It's spacious though. Food :4.5/5 Food as expected was superb. Mutton biriyani was good with nice masala and pieces which melt in the mouth. Garlic chicken kebab was good not much spicy though. Also had special tea and mutton samosa from quick bite outlet just outside restaurant entrance. Mutton samosa was not at all good. Must try dish : Mutton biriyani, special tea

I bought two biriyani and kebab... Its not good quantity.. And customer care is unhappy...

They are following worst strategy to develop their business. They are giving 200 rs coupon if we five 5 start ratting in swiggy or zomoto.

I really like Chicken and Mutton Biryani. The service is fast and kind, including to foreigners. Really impressed me while trying Biryani in Chennai.

Went to dine in around 8:00 pm , being a Hyderabadi I was shocked when I saw the restaurant almost empty. Ordered chicken biryani and mutton biryani Both were average . Rice flavour didn't feel like authentic dum biryani Restaurant is surviving on brand name , worst part is that they don't even serve ice cream , Not recommended at all

Like always, best biryani in Chennai. My love for biryani never die as we enjoyed each and every visit. Top class taste with very polite crew. Take a bow, dear Chef. We love you always. Edit: 07.08.2022 Food quality gone below par. Service became worst. A lot of things changed since my last time. They better work on service and food quality.
