Order tandoori Chicken in starter, observed there is blood coming out from chest piece and leg piece as well (Literally after pressing the piece blood was flowing). I shown them, but they cooked it again and served the same pieces again, and because of this it became more oily. Worst food quality I ever have l seen. From this I came to know that, "Paradise Biryani" it's just a Brand, but for quality and service is worst. After that they asked me to delete this review from google and they offer me complementary sweet (Double ka Meetha - this is also worst and tasteless), and they didn't change for that dish, and they mentioned it as a discount in bill, But I can't delete this review, because blood is coming out from chicken pieces is very bad thing and it is very dangerous for health. How these people are careless about customer's health? Worst food quality. Worst service. Service man behaviour is very rude and this rude behaviour I'm seeing from my first visit to till today. It's better not to have food in paradise restaurant, because it's very dangerous for health. I'm adding some proof(pics) here for your reference.

Worst service is not eligible from 1 star and less than ZERO rating Food- ordered butter chicken, served with sweet and roasted , fried with bone and extremely poor quality and also not cooked properly.. It has feeling of Tomato curry with grilled chicken and spoke floor mgr and chef . They defended our butter chicken like this and use it nothing can do ---- there is no butter at all in butter chicken . I visited all branches of paradise in Hyderabad for last 15 years but this branch lost its taste of Hyderabad style butter chicken And chicken Biryani... Service - not polite and they don't care any customer feedback Quality of serving plate and spoons and table , chair and sofa - plates has lot of old food marks and not so good and spoons as much possible not use it ... but we managed to use out of existing ... table and chair are old style and not at all cleaned Quantities- it is extremely low when compared to other restaurants in this area. There were 8 people sitting on the way making access uncomfortable, security staff were not able to manage them. The capten who was only one in the dining area was busy in watching cricket match in his mobile and ignored us as we were sitting at a table which was not serviceable as per him, as the not in service board was kept after our table. We have to stand and wave hand to get his attention. After seeing us he said your table is not servicable kindly sit at serving area. He kept behaving bossy with other staff who were present to show his superiority. All other staff were serving customers but this guy in the pic was busy standing on floor watching match. He is so clever that he was standing in 2 locations where he won't come under camera. If paradise really want to take care of customers, take care of irresponsible staff. Many Thanks

As many have said, paradise has lost its charm ovev time. The response from operating staff is lagging and mainly hospotality facet is a big failure

Ordered Veg biryani via Zomato got checken piece in veg biryani. Manager saying it's Paneer, Don't we know the difference between Chicken & Paneer idiots

These guys serves spoiled chicken(expired-dirty odour from chicken) and spoiled capsicum gravy. Promised a replacement but no response from them again after sharing the location.

I came back from Canada and rush into paradise for lunch, ordered nizam mutton biryani (which was served only for 1 person) and royal chicken biryani with combo of 1 glass of cool drink and 3 kabab's (small piece). The quantity is very much less for 1 person but quality and taste is good. this is the The taste never changes even though we had any time. Thanks for the good food.
