We have visited on holiday to have dinner. Not much crowded. Atmosphere is good. Clean & Near environment. Taking our order is very late. Serving order is very very late. Billing is very very very late. When asked them about the lateness,they said,there is no enough manpower in restaurant. Previously Restaurant was full of manpower, presently no response. Then we shall discuss about food. Hot & Sour Chicken Soup is very spicy,but tasty. We didn't order any starters. As starters are very costly 350-520rs. Directly we have ordered biryani,as paradise is special for biryani only. But it was disappointment in biryani which is tasteless. Chicken fiery boneless is not much taste. It tasted like Street food. Mutton biryani is okok. Not much taste. Raita is like sambar. No sweets in restaurant. Overall didn't expect like this. Very very disappointed in eating tasteless biryani

This is a usual place to be for the world famous biryanis. Paradise has many outlets and this one is a decent one with dishes served well. All the dishes are served in a great manner, hot and fresh. All the classic chicken, mutton, and seafood starters are available. Biryani is made as per our customized spice level and the meat pieces in a freshly cooked way. The Desserts available are the go-to Hyderabad sweets.
The service was good, the ambience did not feel good as the spacing between tables was less, the ambience should have been good considering the popularity of Paradise. Coming to food we were disappointed, have tried Apollo fish, chicken drumsticks - both tasted well. Ordered garlic naan and tandoori chicken curry - both were below average. Garlic naan was overly burnt and tandoori chicken curry did not taste good at all.
This place is a disaster. The garlic chicken kebab was uncooked. the chicken was pink and slimy. When we asked the waiter to replace it, they wanted me to confirm all the pieces were uncooked. So, I literally had to cut every piece and show them that it was uncooked. Only then they were okay to replace it. Also, the service brutally slow.
Wrost experience first time in Paradise branches. Very poor service. Quality also not great. Better try some other hotels not this
