Food is average. The Things I heard about paradise biryani is Not like that but biryani is Average nothing much special. Good quality and Variety of Food available. Hygiene and Quality maintained

I must of asked over 10 people throughout the day on where to take the team for a byriani, and 9/10 said Paradise. It didn't look like a great restaurant online and I know it's a chain so we went with mid level expectations. We arrived at 9.30pm to a totally empty canteen like restaurant. We ordered the royal mutton and veg byrianis, as well as a few starters. The service was typical of India and the food was sensational, huge portions which we had to leave more than half behind. Highly recommended.

Food was very good. But the boys their doesn't have the intent. They was very lazy at 2pm. Since we more than 4 in numbers so we requested if they can join tables. One person from their side ordered and the other two joined the table. The way they arranged the table that no one could enter and take sit. We requested one of them to please adjust it properly and the fellow from the other was giving us such a look like "can't you do it yourself, why bother me"? Water bottles and glass server after 30 mins. This is the first thing to be served immediately a customer takes a seat. Service quality to be checked.

Food was of the same quality as other Paradise outlets. Ambience wasn't great. The place was not maintained well, old cutlery and stinky bathrooms. Some of the beverages on the menu like fresh lemon water and fresh lime soda were not available.

There was a time wherein Paradise Briyani had its own taste and zaaika. Now it has lost all its unique capabilities There are competition which are available and are much better compared to Paradise Biryani. It's unique taste is lost hence the rating.

Tried rotis and mutton curry. It's not a roti, it's not food, it's just a piece of maida flour poorly cooked. Mutton curry is utterly under cooked and for 450/-, they gave 3 pieces. Couldn't even finish one roti and left everything. I've clearly asked waiter it's made with maida or atta, after he confirmed its atta I've placed order but they delivered piece of maida

Food was okish.. Restaurant was in first floor and needs a lot of maintenance and cleanliness. Pretty junior staff.. Had to remind multiple times about the simple order.. No finger bowls.. Over priced menu and did not get the feel of authentic paradise biryani. Absolutely not what I expected.. May be I should have tried in other outlet. To top it, tipping at the end.. I felt paradise has this outlet just to serve biryani made elsewhere to people here around and nothing really is made right here. Not a good experience

Mutton Biriyani was awesome. Food is too tasty.
