Their biryani and Starters are obviously good and it reminds me of the taste of the same paradise in Hyderabad The service should be improved and so many waiters are there but none of them took the order up to 20 mins

Best biryani with awesome flavour liked it and it's a honest review as the pieces were very well cooked and ambience was good

I was here today after long time. Initial impression when I got in was not good as there was a weird kind of odour. I ignored and ordered my food. While we were eating the food we saw a cockroach on our table, I just shooed it away thinking it's one of case. After a while we again saw another cockroach, we called the waiter and showed him that cockroach, he just took a napkin and removed it and went. Then I saw couple more cockroaches coming from under the table, I was shocked and called the waiter and showed him that and asked what is all this, how can they not maintain hygiene. He just said sorry, and called his a manager. Manager came in and said sorry, and had no answer. Another manager came in and he asked me not to write a review as they might get some fine from their management. It's a shame that names like Paradise which used to be my favourite has gone to this level. Even the food wasn't the same as how it used to be. My last visit to paradise for sure. Be careful when you visit here. I am adding pic of my bill so that no one thinks this is fake review.

Lack of interest in servers. Paneer butter masala, panner is sour and not good. Is this really the Paradise of HYD??? VEG Biryani is avg. Disheartened to see like this. Nothing much available in VEG

Good location, decent seating and good service. Chettinad kebabs lacked the punch and was quite ordinary to taste. Cooked well and somewhat tender. Biriyani was a disappointment. If its Biriyani in Bangalore, one has to be really good to keep up with the competition. Balance of flavours was amiss, chunks of too much spicy masala in the rice. Unevenly served rice layers in the dish. Combination of spices itself, being "Paradise" was out of whack. Chicken was very tender and nicely marinated with the same spice mix. My opinion, having had the real deal Paradise in Hyderabad its hard to replicate the flavours in a franchise. Might as well create your own outside of the Paradise umbrella.

Very worst experience we had. I order two biryani mutton and chicken which costed 329 and 289 each. The quantity of the food delivered doesn't fit for one person also. And the quality of biryani is with complete masala and at bottom of food little watery. I didn't expect this kind of food from Paradise. While ordering it was given as serve for one person but on delivery it showed on box lighter eater and it only sufficient for 5year kid. Paradise is cheating in online delivery..

Paradise is the place where you can enjoy Tasty biriyani. I really enjoyed it. Good location, comfortable seating with sufficient amount of place. Takeaway and restaurant both are different over here. You can have a seat for sometime if you are coming for takeaway. Ordered Chicken and Mutton Biriyani then tried Lemon Soda. It tasted really fantastic and speechless. Nice way of communication by the boys who are working. The area is maintained well. Rest room available and well maintained. Best place to visit for tasty food with family.

Visited this place twice for takeout. I was hoping for some great Biryani but alas. The chicken is not stale or old, its ancient. The white meat has literally turned into red meat. The chicken pieces ofc smell a lot and one cannot enjoy the taste of it or the rice surrounding it. Biryani pieces were still in better condition than kebab pieces though. Trust me you can have better Kebab just about anywhere else. Not giving it 1 star only coz the rice was good and the chicken pieces were somehow still edible and didnt stink. But that's as low as it gets, for this price and brand name, this was totally not expected. Really Disppointed!!
