No proper maintenance and worst food ever here , water problem in rooms no proper locks for the door, service people they don't cordanation themselves too. I visited recently with my company and team members we are very much disappointed with their service. Don't visit here at any cost.

Very bad experience with this hotel the manager is a big cheater and fake. I made a big mistake by staying here, please stay here thoughtfully. It is not even worth a star, I urge Google to please bring the facility of negative star also for such people.

I booked this hotel in clear trip payment debited from my account but no confirmation , booking Id is there after that I called to the support team there also no response only one ward our concern team will call you back but no calls nothing, again I booked the same hotel property in easy my trip site and this time I got my booking Id and confirmation mail aso but when I go the property he denaying they don't have any room vacancy ,i really don't know what is happening full night I am in road ,Last finally I go the other property by 1am . Please don't book this hotel, I spend Rs.4K and harassment also .

What is good : + Room price + Location (Many veg restuarants around, closer to Birla Mandir/museum, Lumbini Park, Hussein Sagar, Metro station) What is not good : - This is not a hotel that was built, but looks like a commercial building converted to hotel afterwards. So, everything is cramped and unplanned. - Room cleanliness will leave you with much to be desired. - Bathroom fittings are very old - Next to road, so very noisy. - A.C without remote control or temperature control (can you believe it?) - A.C master switch is at the reception, so that everyday you need to request them to turn it on once you are in the room. - Even geyser power will be turned on only in the morning. So 24-hour hot water supply promise is just to sign you up. Tips : - Look for better hotels near by (may be Venkateshwara is good) - Don't book Ramoji bus via hotel. Rather directly call Ramoji helpline and take their help. Better rent out a car or hire a vehicle, so that you can reach early (by 9AM) and come back little late. If you opt for the bus via hotel, then your effective time at Ramoji will be 11.00AM-6.30PM. - Ventilation will be an issue if you opt for non-AC rooms. - December, January AC rooms are not needed.

I forgot my hoodie at this hotel and contacted the owner several times to send it back . But the owner rejected to do it though i transferred courier charges 300/-. Very bad experience

For 1250 a ac room it's spacious and ok. Cleanliness is ok. The best part is check out is 24 hours. Meaning of u take a room at 8 am then u can check out at 8 am the next day. It's right in front of global hospital and beside Dwarka hotel. So veg food is not a big issue.

Horrible Staying experience. Room is very dirty. Staff is not cooperating with. Have to stay because pre payment done to make my trip. No option to cancel. Avoid to stay here. Every day they switch off the gyser switch and have to tell daily to switch it on. No resturant available.

not good at all. the behavior of the hotel owner was not good. they charged 400 rs for 6 chapati and a curry. the curry consisted only oil and spice. even they delivered it in night after 10.30 pm. but we intimated about the same 2 hours before. the room was not totally clean. cigarette butts were still there when we moved in. we booked for a non-ac room but the room that they given was made for ac only. not enough space and not enough windows. highly not recommend.
