Food is great... but they have poor service... the cleaning staff ignores the clealiness unless you contact any senior.

This location is incredibly aesthetically pleasing, tranquil, and welcoming to all kinds of individuals. This is the best Vegetarian Restaurant I have ever visited in Patna. Food is delicious.

I visited this place a couple of times. Sharing my experience with you. First of all this is a family restaurant. On my last visit in the evening we waited for almost 20mins to get a table. I could still see several people waiting outside for their turn. We grabbed our seats. Got the menu and even placed the order. The menu was as usual. Nothing new. Finally after some chit chat the food was served. The taste of the food was yummy. I will rate it as 4*. This place has lively music, but it's too crowded. There is no privacy also. So I get this feeling that people are staring. They should add some partition for privacy. Overall the place is good. If you are looking for a family restaurant then you should consider this place. Prices are a bit expensive. Parking is available. Street parking. Obviously it's paid parking

Food is very nice here but there is one big problem that is when you are eating there would be a lot of waiters around you and they would continuous watch you and makes you uncomfortable. This is very humiliating. Maximum 2 or 3 staff is ok but with that space the whole 6 to 7 staff are there.

The food was better than decent albeit not worth it for the price charged. Had Kaju Curry after a decade and the taste was decent. However, when they call themselves a fine dining restaurant and charge at least 30% above the price they charge downstairs in their own shop "Pramod", they do a really bad job when it comes to service. Had to wait for a long time before I could reach out to someone to refill our glass of water because they do not put water on the table as they want to force you psychologically to order over priced bottled water. A really dirty trick which I never appreciated in any restaurant. Let us choose what we want to drink or eat. Apart from that, every aspect of service has a huge scope of improvement as the servers were really non-attentive to the various tables, even around us.

Very nice ever in patna as compare to any another restaurant like Raj rasoi or more but staff , maintenance are very good pramod laddu bhandra and papariika restaurant bring change in life of patna public a new additions help very much and also like the staff behaviour.

That's a nice restaurant for food... But I didn't like the staff's behaviour, like they are not interested in serving anything. I didn't like it...
