Room and service and restaurant was good and SWIMMING POOL well maintained and specially they have swimming pool for children. but, 1- electricity and water problem .. 2- no lift 3- food was bad specially fried rice. 4- lots of ant Bathroom was big but no water. There is no proper approach to the property. Rooms 304, 305, 306 and 308 allotted for us in Pappukutty beach resort on 01.10.2023 . The rooms are in a chaotic condition. In room number 304 supply of hot water and in room number 305 normal water supply is disfunct most frequently. In 306 and 308 AC effect is absolutely low. All the commodes in all rooms have weak flush. Dirty bath rooms. Ceiling fan in 307 was not working. This property is not having exclusive restaurant. They didn't provide kettles with tea and coffee dips apart from sugar and milk powder sachets. Many more to say negative points, but I am expressing a few issues.
Location is good, there is beach right outside the hotel. Its maintained from the outer side but the rooms and food is not good at all. Bathrooms are pathetic
Was on Kerela vacation and this resort was the last destination point. Spoiled the entire tour experience. It was simply a nightmare. Pathetic rooms and washrooms (pathetic is small word). Non cooperative staff, food including breakfast was pathetic. I would recommend to everyone visiting Kovalam never ever think of staying in such a place. Very very horrible experience.

Only d location is good rest all is disaster... Smelly n old washrooms... highly non cooperative staff.. breakfast provided was not good( d same menu everyday)...tasteless food... Don't get lured by d pictures, d pool ... it will spoil ur trip n ur hard earned money... No basic amenities in d rooms ( kettle , TCMS, phone , geyser) Highly non recommended... Don't go for it
Hotel is located in front of the beach only . Nice place to visit . One drawback is parking . Parking is around 400 meter away from the hotel .
