The rooms are not clean. Bathrooms pipes are leaking. AC remotes not working and we were shivering with current AC temperature, and was hot without AC, when we asked about working remote, they suggested "aang pe leke so jao" such a rude and useless staff. Lots of mosquitoes, if you plan to visit: DONT. Owner/manager is on a whole another level. He is arrogant and will not even discuss checkin/checkout. He doesn't even allow guests to move chairs from one table to another. Food gets served 1 hours after ordering and you have to remind them to serve the food, sometimes they forget our orders. Wonderful stay under budget very close to the Palolem Beach.. it's towards the end of the stretch of beach huts almost next to The Ark comforts.Mr Heaven was very welcoming and made sure our checkin was as smooth as it could be.Service staff was also great at their job, special thanks to Mr.Sandy.

Very neat and clean huts on the very beach front of Palolem. The restaurant and the bar menu is elaborate at very reasonable rates. The staff is very professional and cordial. The owner Mr Heaven, the owner, has vast experience in hospitality business and takes a personal care of all the guests. More furniture and tables are required in the rooms to keep the luggage.
We have been staying at Papillon Beach Huts for more years than I can remember. We love it there. It is located at the very south end of Palolem Beach, so it is quiet and has a great view right across the bay. Heaven and his lovely wife Uzma, the owners, always welcome us with open arms and are always on hand to help in any way. The waiting staff are amazing and can't do enough for us, always friendly and with a smile. Also the kitchen staff and chef produce wonderful food for us to enjoy anytime of the day. The huts are situated in a beautiful garden of palm trees and grassed area, so always a tranquil place to wake up to. Papillon had a comfortable chill out area, and a very nice restaurant area with lovely views. Thank you to everyone at Papillon for making our stay, yet again, so relaxing.
It's a very nice and clean place, we visited this place and stayed up to 2 days with 4 families along with kids, they really liked the huts. However, all staff and hotel owners were proactively helping and suggesting nearby sightseeing. We liked the food and services provided by Papillon beach huts. Initially, we have a problem during booking the rooms due to their Google business page hacking but we found the specific hotel phone number and confirmed our booking. Hotel is located at off road on Khade bazaar and geographically near to Railway station and bus stand. Location is calm and happy. Have market in walking distance. Property is decent and no amenities. Rooms are quiet decent and not very spacious but it's clean and hygienic with better interiors and paints. Bathroom is good and spacious. Breakfast speak not very good and only limited to 3/4 options. Mr. Yusuf who is taking care of operations was very kind with his service and customer experience. If I want to come back to this hotel I would only come back for this Gentleman. Other Staffs were very humble.
