Papa Johns Restaurant - Pizza restaurant in Panaji - North Goa, India

We visited this restaurant after searching quite a bit for traditional Indian cuisine. Though we reached there around 6:30pm the gentleman welcomed us and suggested good items as per our taste. Both fish and chicken were fresh and well cooked in goan style. Vegetarian briyani was awesome. Will definitely visit again until we are in Goa. Tip - food could be bit spicy for some so inform them if you want it less spicy for kids. This restaurant is also not on main road so keep looking for the sign board else you will easily miss the turn.

I ordered a chicken biryani. It was smelling like sulphur. May be they would have used stale chicken which might be stored 6 or 7 days back. I was scared I could have food poisioning after eating it.

Everything was really tasty. Small place but food was too good. We had breakfast here.. so delicious.

Not worth the spend. Both time and money. 30mins minimum wait time at the end of which is disappointing. We got 1 mackerel gravy Goan style, 1 prawn gravy Goan style, 1 kingfish rava fry and Prawns chilly. All items were low on salt and seasoning. FYI- There are no thalis (fish or chicken or veg) Lime soda - Rs 80 , really? I mean, beer is cheaper at some places. No water offered at the table. Only good point about this hotel was the server. She was polite and hospitable. But that doesn't make up for the amount spent and time wasted. I would not recommend or come back to this space.

Awesome place to eat with family and friends. Reasonable price. Food is good and neutral. Beautiful ambience with soft music. Definitely recommended.

Had gone for a breakfast. Ordered double cheese omelet. It was descent but some more cheese would be great. The slice bread could have been more a bit more golden brown or crispy . Overall good stuff.

Well words won't be enough to describe this place. I along with my group had visited this place during my goa trip. We went to try this restaurant from one of my friends recommendations. Trust me food was awesome. We being in group tried different varieties out present there. We tried crab soupfor the first time and loved it at the first sip itself. Then we had a sea food fried rice which was loaded with different types of sea food. To finish up we ordered for a pasta(which was the best till date i had tasted it) and chicken Biryani.To describe about the ambience the restaurant was clean and tidy. Decor was nice and had great view outside. The place is well located just few metres away from main road and easily noticable. Service was slow but then we also went at very odd timing out there. But they welcomed and served us with great smile on their faces. There was a cashier(who was also the owner) was person who also recommended some of the dishes. He was quite interactive and seemed to passionate for food. To sum up the review i can the best place to dine in with value for money.

It's located inside Panjim hence there is less rush here.. I had heard alot about their fish thali and had gone to experience it.. and no doubt Thier fish thali was amazing. And it just costs 230 . There were a lot of varieties in in the thali. I am deducting one star because I felt their service is slow.
