Quality clothing but way of selling membership is not genuine . Staff are polite and well behaved kudoss for them and there service. They are charging 1499 Rs for new membership . If you want to increase your customer base and foot steps remove membership cost or at nominal price of 100 Rs . We have done shopping of more than 6000 rs and they want to sell us membership for 1499 rs by giving 10% extra discount after sales . Even though we have to pay 700 rs extra for membership which is useless for us as we are from different state and living abroad . To keep your customer coming , i will sujest pentalone management to remove membership fees or reduce the same to a nominal level . By collecting membership fees on franchises model any business never grow at international level. I am rasident of Muscat Oman , we have shukran card which we got at free of cost in May 2012 . We have used this card at multiple place for multiple times . Thanking you .

The store is quite well maintained and spacious. There are people who will help you find the type of garments you want and they all are well mannered. Prices are moderate and also they have variety in every type of clothing.

Collection was good, especially the kids section. In women's section too, collection was satisfactory. Service was good. Offers are available every now and then and the employees help with that. Men's section was also good especially eastern clothes. Accessories were available(footwears not seen). Offers(flat 40% off or price reduced) were available, but overall, rates aren't very reasonable. All in all, it's a good place for shopping in the city.

The shopping experience at Pantaloons in Akola was marred by staff members closely following customers, which was quite irritating.

I dont know why brands keep doing it. I mean not providing premium goods but ask for premium prices. Ambiance and staff is pretty good, also washrooms. I went didnt like anthing. Ended up just using washroom. My female friend bought 1-2 dresses i think female options are better.

Staff is not active very disappointed they are stop me and check bill and bag...

There is a very nice collection of women ethnic. There is a different pattern Westen College International. There are also brands such as zinc londen ,and Annabelle for women casual, men collection and kids collection have a lot of variety
