Recently bought a new suit from pantaloons. After payment when we went for alteration of the suit, the new tailor here was not ready to alter saying it is not possible and started giving some excuse. We went straight to the manager and finally the tailor said he will alter the suit. After 2-3 days we got a call from tailor stating the alteration will not be possible. We went straight back to the store and this time no body neither manager nor the staff was ready to get my suit altered. Now I am going to complain against the manager and the tailor staff here officially to Aditya Birla Group and additionally I have to pay Rs1000 for alteration from outside. Please don't buy suits from here A big NOOOOO for men suits.
