Top class departmental store located inside treasure island shopping mall. It has sprawling area with high footfall and wide range. Has several in-house brands too that often offers discounts for loyal members. Staff are polite and courteous. However, alto moda range can surely get better here. All in all, nice aditya Birla shopping center, as usual.

Good place but worst employees with very inappropriate behaviour and inappropriate language,we were just sitting and selecting the shoes and they asked us to move out just because it has been more than 15min what kind of third class behaviour is that.

Poorly managed outlet...staffs are not trained..I got a call from your Bhilai on 13th Dec store requesting to visit store as there will be a sale on 16th,17th and 18th of dec..to i which i replied that as i will be out of station for a vacation so i wont be able to come...but still the executive assured me that if i shopped for larger amounts then I will be getting the same benefits on 14th..so i went with my wife on 14th..the same executive was on leave and the benefits were not provided as assured..this was really embarrassing as my whole family went with me to the store as we were genuinely needing the outfits...later i was told by other executives to keep the selected clothes aside as they will speak to the store manager..and provide me the clothes on 15th ...i didnt recieve any call on 15th ..so i called store to enquire...but again the benefits were denied..from the store manager...this was my last visit to Pantaloons Bhilai Surya TI mall store as staffs there including the store manager are unprofessional and rude too..

Excellent store with wide variety for whole family.....

This place is like my go to place for my all kinds of clothing needs from casual to ethnic , from formal to high end. They provide some cool offers , there service and sales staff members are very cooperative and well mannered and efficient. They give their best to provide us with whatever kind of clothing we want. Staff members alot of times escort us to the changing room and also to the billing and fitting counters. It feels very comfortable to visit Pantaloons throughout the year and in all seasons , mostly during the monsoon sale season.

It's a good place to get all kinds and forms of clothes in one place. There are different,separate departments for Men,Women,Kids . There are different kind of varaities available at a single place for every department of it. The variety,staff service,billing process and customer service is very good in it. The prices are also according to the quality of products offered in the store. The product quality,fiver,cost are safe,Reliable,full of comfort

Very bad customer service and the guy didn't even sent me the ebill as promised inspite of me sharing my phone number.This place is sheer waste of customer's time.Lady at the billing counter is very rude.I wish someone should look into this and they are so busy in promotion inspite the customer queue is increasing and that's there least concern.They need to undertake customer's time is as important as promoting promotion at the billing counter.They even told me that I should go ahead and complaint.
