Products are always good here. Sometimes, this place offers special discount like 50% or so. This place is very big and covers most of the variety of clothes of all ages. Staff is very cooperative and well spoken. Overall, this place is very well maintained.
Such a horrible experience, the staff is so arrogant and would not listen to any of your complaints. The dresses have sale tags on them but are not on sale and when it is brought into notice, they simply refuse and are not of any help. Had a terrible experience

Please don't take it 1 star my rating criteria is not available here , I think rating ratio will be -100000 for this outlet i was regularly visit pantaloons , but this outlet having no manners to deal with customers they treated customers like duffer, customer knows everything, i complaint to the manger two times but he didn't take any action , i feel very uncomfortable this time ,"salesman Vijay " he doesn't have any manner and they don't follow any rules for billing they just followed thier only .
