Pantaloons (Rajas Mall, Chettikulam Junction, Nagercoil) - Clothing store in Nagercoil - Kanniyakumari, India

We went yesterday and the collection was almost non existent. They were packing all the old items and assured us that by next week they will fill the stalls with new collection. The staff was super cordial. Products were nicely layed out, overall an awesome shopping experience, our bad luck was that we timed out wrong.

Giving low rating. Because of they calling dailing to update offer. I have blocked three numbers already. Still they are calling in new numbers. I visited so many branches only this Nagercoil branch is doing like this. Worst experience. I will never going to buy from this branch again. Giving two star as I get good collections previously.

Good collection, but the girl staff ( not all , a few) are annoying the customers. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and makes us feel uncomfortable with their criticizing talk about customers. They will gv a bad look, and disrespectful talk, if we didnt purchase cloths there. Especially, dont take kids there, they will gv a annoyed look if they see our kids playing around there. In short, good collection, with worst customer service!!

I see collections changing and are updated frequently which is good. Would be good if they provide some offers. But still kids collections and size availability were limited. Would be better if moe products like wallets, belts, accessories and footwear can be added to the portfolio to get an wholesome experience.

The long awaited brand has finally reached... the quality and the price are absolutely fine and it's worth.. looking for western or traditional? ' One stop solution ' could be an appropriate phrase... always the best

Collections are GOOD... But prices are comparatively higher.
