Yesterday on 17/10/2023 I just missed my watch in the trail room and i couldnt find it but then the manager took this case personally and just helped us out and with in 1 working house i got my watch back thanks to rishikesh who just gaved his best to found my watch and great service by rishikesh

Best place for shopping for men's kid's women's,casual,formal etc all type of fashion dress Pantaloons staff Priyanka choudhary is very helpful she helped us to select good clothes even she convinced us for the offer I went to buy only one T-shirt but I took 3 T-shirts 1 shirt and 1 dress for my niece It was a good experience with Pantaloons because of Priyanka choudhary thank you Priyanka Choudhary *****

The store is superb with good collection of clothes,jewellery and shoes for this would give 5 stars but the staff there is very irritating the moment u enter the store they just go behind and the that too two member of staff together makes really awkward situation they speak in sign language to go and check on customer and it really awkward if we need help we would definitely ask one staff it's really not comfortable shopping and secondly I choosed one pair they bought the same design sandals and exchanged and gave me a smaller size because the sandals they gave me is the same size which I tried and was not fitting which the label was ripped off and they exchanged it why was that done really don't understand I wanted to shop some more clothes but the staff behaviour is very awkward it really makes u uncomfortable and was honestly angry with such behaviour i do shop at pantaloons Margao but such type of behaviour I have not seen in Margao only this Vasco branch it's really not a good atmosphere to shop very disappointed don't exchange the products what customers select until it's damage product and when asked y they gave the other pair they said no no same and also said the bill is not printing but my mother asked them for the bill and then they provided .

A lovely experience. The staff is very efficient and courteous. And good sales attitude convinced me to buy a dress from fresh stock. Even though sale was going on. :-). Have no regrets.

Very nice place to shop around in dabolim. There are hardly a few places in vasco area to shop. But this place is like 500 metres from airport and offers nice cloths and other items.

You get bombarded by the sales staff as soon as you go to a particular section of the store. I think we should be given time and privacy to view and decide and obviously when we have any questions will come to you sales personnel. This one thing is a put off otherwise its a fantastic store for quality clothing

I came to shop on a Monday morning. Apart from the quality dipping and restricted options. Some of the employees are annoying. The worst part is, Before you even look at clothes, the employees come in your face asking to help you. Let me look at least. Is that a crime ? If I pick one of two items they want you out right away. I was looking at some hair bands towards the end while waiting in line as they were taking a while 15 mins. The ground floor staff immediately came running to look at what I was looking at. I felt very bad. As though I was in prision and not pantaloons. And they choose who they should keep an eye on. If you've faced things missing in your department, add more cameras and cover every blind spot. Add more employees too. But checking on them like a marshal is very annoying. Your managers are probably the main robbers / chors incase things go missing. Perhaps we should all be bias and racist. I'll not come to this outlet again. I know no one will bother or even take this feedback the right way. The customer is always at fault - Right? And in Goa I rarely expect professionlism or manners. But let the other customers know how they will be treated at this outlet. First and last time in this place.
