Service is good. Staff is very polite. Staff members follow 100% COVID protocol, which quite impressive, but customers do not follow the same. I think Pantaloons should act little bit strict with such type of people. Their is a paid parking here.

It's a good store with couple of branded options especially in the men's section. 3 star because of three reasons - one, there's no elevator or escalator which makes very hard for senior citizens to get into the men's section which is basement level. This is a poor planning of the store, terrible. The second reason is it gets too crowded for the size of the store, the clothes are lying on the floor when it gets too crowded and messy. With limited number of staff, it gets out of control. Billing section takes literally more than 10 to 15 minutes and there is a poor planning of queue and waiting in line which is very very slow. It appears to be the store is more focused on womens section primarily because it's on the same floor of entrance. Despite all these reasons, quality of clothes are quite better and lasts long. And third reason is, there's no parking facility from the store, it has to be a paid for two wheelers by paying 10 rupees and if someone plans to visit in four wheeler, God help you.
