I understand that this pantaloons outlet is located in one of the smallest states. However, keeping only one piece per stock just because people don't buy much does not do justice to the standard of the brand it is. I had shopped quite heavily just the previous night from them, out of which 2 products were found faulty. Before selling me those items, i was clearly told that if the sizes don't fit, i can drop in for an exchange anytime but on visiting the outlet, realised they don't have a back up stock. They took more than an hour to realise they don't have the stock. I believe all the staffs were involved in this matter - the whole of staffs got to know there was an issue but nobody had a resolution. Forget that, they weren't even able to track which sweater i had taken cause the one i had got for exchange went missing from the billing place after i had submitted it to one of the cashiers. Finally after nearly 2 and a half hrs, we were informed that the same can be used as balance points which can be availed within 30days. That too we weren't randomly informed, we learnt about this because we asked, otherwise they wouldn't have given a damn. Things would have been a lot more easier for us both if the same would've been told to us the moment i asked if there were any alternatives to not buying anything and refunding. Things work better when professionalism and common sense go hand in hand.
A multistoried Outlet. Different brands are available. Garments accessories cosmetics. Well managed. Staffs are good. Price are reasonable.

Well organised and managed 3 storeyed mall for clothing, both men and women. Enough trail room. Friendly workers. Tailoring of the bought product is free incase you want to cut the length.

Its a very good showroom , you've got pretty good stuffs there plus the staffs are extremely helpful. I could take only few pictures , for shopping is as such that excites us right , and yes one good point ,there is a parking lot too .
