I visited these pantaloons Karol bagh outlet last day (28/04/2023) with my friends. This pantaloon outlet is just 500M from Karol bagh metro station. Actually I went here because I wanted to buy some T-shirts for myself. But if I tell you the truth, then I did not find much variety of clothes here. Only a few brands of clothes were available and that too with limited stock. Karol Bagh outlet of Pantaloons consists of 3 floors. The ground and 1st floor have a girls section. On the 2nd floor you will find the kids' section and on the 3rd floor is the men's section. Lift is available to reach all the floors. Wheelchair accessibility is also available in this outlet. Cleaning - 3.5 out of 5 Staff behaviour - 4 out of 5 Rates - 2.5 out of 5 (with stock comparison) This pantaloon outlet is situated in a main Karol bagh market so parking is a big headache. Paid parking is also available but I am suggesting only prefer metro if you want to come in this outlet. I am also sharing some photos of this outlet. Please check
My wife went for shopping in this store and her earring fell off somewhere in the store but the sales team were so helpful that they went out of the way, searched it for her kept it safely with them and called her and handed over the lost earring to her. Very nice customer service, We really appreciate the team.
Le magasin est bien grand, propre, mais les prix sont trop eleves dans cette zone. Surtout etant donne que tout autours il ya des marchands de rue qui vendent le meme genre de vetements, le meme style, a de bien meilleurs prix. Les vendeurs sont gentils, mais un peu trop collants a mon gout.
It's ok type, neither properly managed and items displayed, I am not satisfied i comparison to other outlets, sorry it can be taken care off and the collection was also less.
