Pantaloons (Jowai Road, Shillong) - Clothing store in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

The clothing items are of good quality . I love the infant collections they are very stylish and quality clothes . Price is a bit costly, but it makes up for the quality in the items. Huge space and loads of collections well organized. Clean and well maintained building. The customer service is also good .

Went for my second shopping today the 19th October, 2023 after a long city traffic since they @pantaloons shillong, had a good collection of benetton brands as well as shorts and backpack. However the customers parking space are full of two wheelers junk which ultimately led me to cancel my shopping plans at pantaloons. Myntra online shopping would be more ideal since collections are of good quality at a reasonable rate with easy returns and exchange policy.

One of the Best Place for Shopping if looking for Quality Clothing, The Store have Cosmetics, Accessories, Footwear, Innerwear for both Male and female only problem is that there is no proper parking space for customers

Beware of fraud in this store. They displayed board of Rs 1000 off on single item on the women clothing item, but upon billing the billing clerk said no such discount as the board was wrongly put and when I indicated the same, they removed the board. Similarly for men item it said 25% off but on billing I was told same was on buying two items .I asked for the manager to speak and clarify, but he didn't come.

Very well organized with reasonably-priced articles. Staff doesn't stalk you too much and that's priceless when shopping. Ample parking space at least for two-wheelers

Here the product is over price... very bad service.. example ... AND dress you can get from Myntra Rs1150 from here Rs.2777 not even half price .. the people who work here also is not friendly

It is located near fire brigade's fields, it's 2 min walk from there. Pantaloons is known for its great variety of the collection both in-house and other brands, you'll find the same here. However the staff here are not at all customer centric. Being a small outlet, not many varieties you get here. But do visit the outlet at the time offers.. Happy Shopping

Good to visit a well clothing line store in Shillong. Much better than Bangalore Pantaloon Store. Primarily caters for Western Attire. Very good for ladies clothing. Very Good location next to Fire Brigade.
