They don't have cash refund. They sold the product without applying offer, we bought it only because they said it was under offer. So I'm not able to return it for cash. Not a good experience at all and they give only e-bill which caused the confusion. Others beware and check your bill and offer before paying (this applies to all corporate shops). Not sure where it is intentional or not, I won't recommend this place at all. Better to buy the dresses online. Here prices are definitely on the higher side. Also, they ask for reviews while getting e-bill, they can inform us to give review but should not demand.
