Pathetic billing counter. Already 12 pm still only one billing counter open for customers. And that too busy selling membership cards instead of billing the products.

Yesterday i went in to the Pantaloons at Cosmos Mall, Siliguri along with my family. They had kept a baby pram for customers to use. I tried using the pram to feed my 7 month's old baby but I was stopped by the security personal there. He told me the pram is broken and cannot be used. When I asked why it is kept there if it broken and isn't it the store management's duty to keep a working pram for customers convenience. Upon asking to call the manager, no one first listened to me and tried to ignore the matter. When I became adamant, I was asked to go to backoffice as as per the security and admin staff manager won't come to floor and if I have to meet then I have to go to him. In the meanwhile when I saw the pram properly I was shocked to see that it was very very dirty and in a way I was saved by not using it as it would have resulted in some sort of infection and allergy to my child. I went to the store manager who listened to me patiently and apologised to me and told me that he will look into the matter. Though I will suggest not to visit the store with children and elderly people as one might face difficulties there

Pathetic service, quality very poor. They sell dispute products on sale. They stitch and repair old, damaged products and list at front shelves for very minimal sale. Unethical practices. If you really looking for quality products, better purchase from metro cities. These tier 2,3 city stores are frauds.

Good product quality, but in some items product quality should be improved. Regarding the stock; there are ample of different items for your choice. Different sections for men and women, make the store easily accessible to find out your desired item easily. The staff are polite and professional. But some professional training is required for a small number of staff dealing with the customers at the cash counter. I am a regular customer of this store and happy with their product items. They have also their exchange facilities. For this you should maintain the timetable specified by them. Regarding fabric and colour assemblage this store is one of the leading store in Siliguri. Regarding stock they are also competing with the other famous leading stores in Siliguri. Regarding the journey towards this store , you can use your own bike, car or city-auto or toto. Moreover If you go to this store for your marketing purpose, then you will also be able to find out not only different other garment stores within the Cosmos Mall, but also a number of different stores of various other items.
