This place needs more number of options. When it comes to male wear very few are available. Customer service is good but the counter does have some problem while issuing bills (I had to wait for more than 15 mins when my turn same for payment due to server problem and this happened more than 4 times)
Pretty good exp. shopping at pantaloons, but as common as other malls, stocks gets drained after a festive season. Lack of size is a common problem of all malls
A decent place to visit in Jorhat town, Nice arrangement and good collection of brands and items. I purchased a spyker jacket and sandals for my Maa at a very decent prize (40% off). Good amount of changing room too.

Today as I and my friend were about to enter, the security guard asked us to show our vaccination certificate and id card, i showed him my vaccination certificate but I didn't carry my id card with me because of which we were not allowed to enter, what a disgusting behaviour, ofc why will I carry my id proof everywhere i go, it is logical to ask vaccine certificate for covid prevention but why the hell do I need my id card to enter a shopping store. This was the first time in my life I have seen this. And moreover my Friend showed her id card and she told him too that we are from the same college but still he didn't allow us to enter!!!!
