I have visited Pantaloons shop @ Erode City, while I purchased dresses for my family around Rs:7000. Staff behaviour is very rude and very fraud in business management making the customers to be in trouble by saying false offers during final bill payment instead of 8% they have cheated me by giving 5% offer I am already having pantaloons membership very huge disappointed with pantaloons kindly take action against the staff of Pantaloons Cashier Mr. Gopinath, Deputy Manager - Robert, Manager - he behaved in rude manner with customers kindly take action againstthey pantaloons staff. Definitely I will raise this complaint in consumer court because they have cheated me around Rs: 800 by conveying wrong information and offers to the customers.
The showroom was good collections was not that much but service was so good
My family is a regular customer. Today (22/5/23)it turned to be a very unpleasant experience. I went to buy kids wear for gifting. The cashier refused to accept Two thousand rupees note stating the new RBI circular reason.When transaction is valid for 2000 rupees note till September they bluntly refused to accept. It was so insulting with bitter verbal exchange with salesman and the manager.End result I returned back and decided not to visit this reputed shop again.They are rude too
