Panorama - Park Plaza - Buffet restaurant in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

Panorma has a very beautifully displayed buffet. I usually have my breakfast here when I am in town. Their buffet is very versatile, well defined and well displayed. The ambiance is really great, there is a lot of sunlight coming in during the morning time. One can sit by the window and enjoy a nice meal. The food quality is very good and the service is also good. Its part of one of the 5 star properties in the town - Park Plaza. Specially the way they seperated their counters (do check out the pictures) for everything wins my heart.

Very slow service. Dirty chairs. Menus are so flimsy. We visited at 4pm and the staff said they don't have anything more than just pasta and sandwiches, no desserts, no main course. I expect a good service at this exorbitant at par pricing. Pasta was bland cause it was authentic. Grilled sandwiches were nice. Overall, not very worth the price. There are better restaurants for fine dining out there.

Had Dinner Buffet. Really disappointed to see poor service and food. Expensive for the quality of food served. It doesn't seem that you are going to a luxury restaurant. 1. Cold food served. 2. Wait time of 30mins for snacks. 3. Hair in food. 4. No Baby feeding room/diaper changing room. Not expected this poor experience. They really need to improve a lot.

A decent buffet spread with good choice of starters, salads, soups and main course with an extravagent dessert buffet. Adequately priced. Nothing too exotic or fancy.

Very positive ambiance and dim lights everything is awesome great tasty food with so many options to choose from and staff is very helpful and generous.. would love to come back whenever back in city

No non veg buffet on Tuesday. Ever heard of such a thing? Food tasteless. Ambience ok.
