Superb owner behaviour with best qualities jewellery and services all jewelleries are hallmarked and quality checked All varieties of jewellery like fancy jewellery, temple jewellery, Victorian jewellery, kundan polki jewellery diamond jewellery etc. Are available with lot's of variety.
Rude staff Behaviour. Asked to visit again after waiting for 2 hours due to long queue. When we visited again staff was not interested in showing the variety. Service is really poor. Never visiting again.

No transparency in diamond products, too much waiting and bad customer experience as we three had to stand while looking at our options and one other while family of 4 people were sitting comfortably on sofa and didn't move even after insisting. Salesman didn't bother to ask them to move a bit.
My whole family shops from here. Very reliable and great designs. Parking is a bit of a hassle, so I prefer to take Uber/ola. Also, they don't have many designs in cheaper price ranges ( everyday office wear) but good collection when you are looking to splurge :D
This is for the second time my wife purchased earrings from this jewellers. And even after raising the concerned this jeweller handed over the both earrings of different make and design. This jeweller did not bothered to offer us drinking water. I made the card payment to the vendor after clearly confirming with him that their will be not any extra charges on card payment. But after making the card payment the owner of the shop argued with us for extra money on card payment. Extremely dissatisfied
